Energy Policy Group (EPG) is a Bucharest-based non-profit, independent think-tank specializing in energy policy, market analytics and energy strategy. EPG’s regional focus is Eastern Europe and the Black Sea Basin, yet its analyses are informed by the trends and processes at global and EU levels.
EPG seeks to facilitate evidence-based dialogue between public decision-makers, energy companies, and the broader public. It monitors governmental energy policies and their effects, market events and tendencies, and broader processes with economic, security, and environmental impact.
