Zhipeng Li

Zhipeng Li works as Junior Advisor China Communications and Events for Agora Energiewende. He is responsible for liaising between Agora Energiewende and Agora Energy China on content planning, public relations and events, as well as communications support. 

Before joining Agora, Zhipeng contributed to technical planning for pumped-storage hydropower projects at PowerChina. He also conducted field research on digital nomad communities in Southeast Asia as a research assistant at University College London and participated in report writing and publication design for COP29 as a UN Volunteer, focusing on environmental communication and international cooperation.

Zhipeng holds a master’s degree in English Interpreting at the University of Science and Technology Beijing, specialising in the interpretation of climate change and energy transition topics.
