Yining Zou
Advisor China Power
Yining Zou is an Advisor China Power at Agora Energiewende. Her work focuses on China’s energy and power sector transition, spanning research and policy analysis to advance renewable energy integration, demand-side resource utilisation and the development of enabling policy and market environments.
She previously worked at the Natural Resources Defense Council (NRDC) and held internships at IUCN, the State Council Development Research Center and the Woodrow Wilson Center. These experiences have strengthened her commitment to nonprofit work and to addressing the intersection of environmental and social issues. She holds degrees in public policy from Sun Yat-sen University and Georgetown University.
