Serena Lata

Serena Lata works as Manager Finance and Controlling at Agora Think Tanks (Agora Energiewende, Agora Industry and Agora Agriculture). She has been part of Team Finance and Controlling since April 2022 where she started as a Team Assistant and later promoted to Officer and lastly Manager.

Before joining Agora, Serena worked in the finance department of Ademi Group in Tirana, Albania as a junior assistant for one year. Prior to starting her professional career, Serena graduated from the Finance MSc program at the University of Tirana, Albania. She pursued this degree right after getting her Bachelor’s degree in Finance.
