Rina Bohle Zeller

Rina Bohle Zeller is Programme Lead EU Energy Policy at Agora Energiewende. Before joining Agora in May 2025, Rina worked in the global and European power sector for over fifteen years at the crossroads of energy policy analysis, best-practice policy recommendations and stakeholder engagement. As Senior Specialist, Global Public Affairs at Vestas, she focused on electricity market design, auction frameworks, direct and indirect electrification, system integration as well as advancing the common EU energy market and shifting the energy transition rationale from cost to societal value. Prior to this, Rina has held senior positions in audit and consultancy services at PricewaterhouseCoopers in Paris, France.

Rina is titular of an MBA (Westfälische Wilhelms-Universität in Münster, Germany) and of a master degree in Economics of International Relations (Sciences Po in Paris, France).
