Henrike Doebert

Henrike Doebert is Head of Executive Office at Agora Think Tanks. In this role, she supports the organisation’s senior leadership by managing the executive office, ensuring strategic coordination, and serving as a key interface to internal and external stakeholders. She brings more than 15 years of experience in international climate policy and non-profit management.

Henrike joined Agora as Programme Lead Trainings in 2023, where she expanded and internationalised the organisation’s training portfolio and helped establish its approach as a benchmark within the global partner network. She also contributed to organisation-wide strategic tasks, including support for fundraising coordination.

Prior to joining Agora, Henrike worked at Active Philanthropy, designing and delivering learning formats on climate action for donors and philanthropists. She previously spent ten years at Climate Analytics, including three as Chief Operating Officer, supporting the organisation’s growth from a small team to more than one hundred staff. Her earlier experience includes a role at the European headquarters of iTunes in Luxembourg.

Henrike holds a master’s degree in International Affairs from Sciences Po Paris and a bachelor’s degree in International Relations from Technische Universität Dresden.
