Davide Avenia

Davide Avenia is Operations Officer Power System Transformation and Management at Agora Energiewende. He is responsible for organising the planning and monitoring of programme and project implementation activities of the PST team, involving liaison with diverse units at Agora. Davide support the CEO and Directors within the preparation of travel and substantive events and in general management functions.

Before joining Agora, Davide Avenia held an intern position with similar functions within the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) at the External Relation and Government department. He is a graduate from a dual master’s degree at LUISS (Rome) and MGIMO (Moscow) Universities in International Relations with a focus in Security and Governance. Davide conducted research on the field for his master’s thesis in Kazakhstan, analysing the political impact of the European and Russian policies in Central Asia.
