Marcus Berkenhagen

HR Manager

Marcus Berkenhagen works as HR Manager at Agora Think Tanks (Agora Energiewende, Agora Industry and Agora Agriculture) and is responsible for supporting selected teams. In addition, he contributes to the recruiting of new employees.

Prior to joining Agora in February 2023, he worked as an HR consultant at truffls GmbH in sales and was responsible for the support and consulting of various customers. Before that, he worked for several years as a key account manager for a personnel service provider, where he was responsible for staffing vacancies that were difficult to fill. Marcus studied sociology in a technical-scientific direction with a focus on labour at the Technical University of Berlin.
